Visit The London Design Festival 2016

As huge fans of design, SATORI & SCOUT is a platform to help you develop your lifestyle, discover new sides to your expression and self-nature, and enjoy our aspirational lifestyle and ideas. As such, we often both keep a close eye on design houses and events around the world, and attend domestic design shows too. The annual London Design Festival celebrates London (UK) as the 'design capital of the world', and with the show approaching on 17th - 25th of September 2016, the international creative community will be amassing on the London streets and at the various events on offer.

Over the Festival period there will be hundreds of events taking place across London encompassing a wide range of the world's design disciplines. Each of London Design Festival's many Partner organisations will organise a wonderful variety of events that showcase the richness and depth of design activity that takes place on a day to day basis in the city. With some high profile events at some of London's most iconic spaces, in addition to the main attractions of V&A and Somerset House, the Festival is certainly worth a visit if you can, even if for just a few days.

Essentially a platform for London's major trade shows that include 100% Design, Decorex International, designjunction, Focus/16 and the London Design Fair, this year LuxuryMade is a brand new show that is dedicated to contemporary decorative interiors, and will be making it's debut at Kensington Olympia's Pillar and Upper Pillar Halls. Should you have been before, an alteration to the usual map is that designjunction is taking up it's new home in Kings Cross.

With dynamic and innovative design debuting at each of the destinations, brands, designers and manufacturers will be each wanting to build their presence and therefore their offerings will be fantastic to explore. If you are seeking design and interior ideas, then really do look no further than the upcoming London Design Festival.
